My winter vacation
During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play puter games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.
But I haven’t bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed,because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether .And I watched the spring festival party of the CCTV in the last seconds of the year! I think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.
That’s all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.

Then I need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. So I will walk to the spaceship. I'll pilot the spaceship to the earth.

假期 英语作业 实践环节
我们都知道英语学习是长期的、不间断的积累过程。而漫长的寒暑假给学生的英语学习造成了一定的困难。每次假期开学，学生的听力及口语等各项能力都有退步现象。传统的硬性作业，如抄写课文、单词和做大量习题，不仅学生感到枯燥乏味，不能保证作业的质量，老师批改起来也存在很大难度。而事实上，这种作业恰恰忽略了学习语言是为了运用的目的，限制了学生学习语言并把它运用到实践中来解决实际问题的能力，限制了学生创新思维能力的发展。《新课程标准》倡导任务型的教学模式，让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。这给我在布置假期作业这一教学环节上，提供了新的思路。如何使学生离开了英语课堂，在假期里也能不间断地学习英语，而且做到乐学、愿学，并通过多种方式进行语言实践，我设计并尝试布置了几种趣味性较强的实践作业，收到了良好的效果。
一、用英文打电话
用英文打电话给老师或同学，并做电话笔录。打电话是英语教材中反复出现的内容，并要求学生能够用简单的英语进行电话交谈。在课堂上同学们经常在模拟情景状态下用英文打电话。而离开了课堂，我们的学生几乎不使用或很少在生活中使用英语打电话。假期里同学们免不了要打电话相互联系，我要求同学们使用英语。同学们不仅乐意完成，而且觉得蛮有意思。这种作业没有硬性的规定，可同学们积极性很高。有的同学在打电话之前还把要说的内容进行书面整理，尽量减少语言错误。由于同学之间的交谈没有了课上的拘谨和时间限制，口语交流就显得更加充分，在不知不觉中口语水平得到提高，同时实现了语言的交际目的。
二、写英文信或发E-mail
三、自办英文报纸
要求学生在假期中自办报纸，自由选取内容：英语小知识，学英语的小窍门，英语小幽默，英语短文，题目精选或发表自己的写作文章，学生自己就是报纸的主编。无论是内容选择和版面设计上，都充分发挥同学们的聪明才智和创造能力再加上电脑技术的运用，同学们的报纸办得异彩纷呈，非常精彩。在办报纸的过程中，学生通过查询、收集、分析、整理等一系列的活动，自主地进行了英语的学习，并从中体验了学习的乐趣和成功的快乐。而在开学后还可以全班同学的报纸汇总起来，编成《班级英文报纸汇编》大家传看，实现资源共享。
四、小组排演英文小品
按所住院区划分小组， 把住在同一院区的同学组织起来，排演英文小品。表演课一直是同学们特别喜欢的课型。由于时间限制，同学们只能表演课本剧，或经过改编的课本剧。利用假期同学们可以自选剧本，自导自演，自制演出服装，充分发挥他们的聪明才智，有中文小品的英文再版，有原汁原味的英文剧。而开学后的英文小品表演给同学们以大展身手的机会。此项作业不仅丰富了学生的假期生活，同时也满足了同学们的表演欲。更主要地是进行了英语语言的学习和实践练习。
五、收集英文标志及说明
英文标志及英文说明是英语教材中的实用性较强一项内容。假期同学们免不了外出旅游，于是我想到了让学生注意并收集英文标志及英文说明。让学生充分体会到英语的实用性。让学生学会在现实生活中学习英语，进一步拓宽学习渠道，拓展学习资源。在开学后的课堂上，让同学们相互交流，实现合作学习。
六、看英文原版影片，收看英语电视节目
选择适合初中学生观看的英文原版影片或动画片作为英语教学的补充，要求学生作为作业在假期观看。要达到真正地学好英语的目的仅仅靠课堂上有限的时间学习英语是远远不够的，新课程标准提倡积极开发课程资源，拓展学习的渠道。社会上的英语学习资源非常广泛丰富，如何能让我们的学生有效地利用起来，作为课堂英语教学的巩固和补充，看英文原版影片无疑是一种很好的途径。而假期又给了同学们充裕的时间，同学们能在享受影片乐趣的同时，学习了英语。而当学生通过自己所学的英语知识大致能看懂影片时，能获得极大的成功的喜悦，同时增强了学习英语的动力。
央视10套的希望英语杂志是非常适合中学生收看的趣味性较强的英语电视节目，对学生的英语学习有很大帮助。我一直鼓励同学们按时收看，假期里也不例外。
七、学唱英文歌曲
正值十几岁的初中学生，对歌曲有着极大的热情。学习英文歌曲，不仅能提高学生对英语学习的兴趣，让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中学到了地道的语言，同时又能了解到异国文化。此项作业还应与学校活动结合起来，英文歌曲比赛给学生以充分表现的机会。
八、利用英文菜谱作厨师
给学生提供简单易学的几种英文菜谱，让学生根据菜谱烹调美味，中餐西餐均可。此项作业既能让学生学习了英语，品尝了美味，又能提高他们的动手能力。
