高一上学期英语教师工作计划
一、指导思想
以学校工作计划为指导思想，全面贯彻落实新课程改革和素质教育的精神，全组成员将积极主动地开展教学研究工作，落实学科教学常规，营造良好的教研氛围，不断改革课堂教学，探究科学有效的教学形式。针对我校高一新生普遍英语底子差，基础薄的实际，打算在高一起始阶段的英语教学中，本着低起点，爬坡走，抓习惯的原则，长期不懈地抓好学生的学习英语的的兴趣和习惯养成。
二、学情分析

三、教学内容
高一教材必修一和必修二，共十个单元。

四、主要工作
全面做好初高中衔接工作，高中学段和初中学段在教学对象、教学内容、教学要求、教学方式和学习方式方面均存在着一定的差异。因此，帮助高中学生了解这些差异，引导他们尽快适应高中的学习与生活，是摆在新学期高一教师面前的迫在眉睫的任务。为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，在开新课之前，拿出一周左右的时间搞好高初中之间的衔接，为开新课做好准备。

6、集体备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水平的有力保证，有利于经验丰富的教师与年轻教师互为补充、共同提高。坚持每周一次的集体备课，集体备课前先确立一名中心发言人，由中心发言人先确定下周所教模块的重点、难点及在高考中的比重及为完成教学内容所用的教法，然后全组人员共同探讨，最后确定下来。每天的集体备课与说课，备课组长要负责组织，定时间、定地点、定主讲人。
7、加强听评课。听课、评课，取长补短。教师教学各有风格，教师间应互相听课，可以听本校的，也可以到外校听课，做到取人之长，补己之短，共同提高。

Some people who love our motherland sailed to the island but were struck by the Japanese navy. Some of them got caught, and the Japanese navy refused to send them back to China at once! This hurt everybody in China. They talked on net, and said that the enemy had got back. Nearly everyone claimed that why not do something for our island and our country-mates?
Now a Japanese law says that Japan should exploit petrol in South Sea of Japan. Certainly it is none of our business, but look out, the South Sea of Japan is the East Sea of China, and the petrol is all around the Fishing Island. It means that a foreign country wanted to exploit petrol in our territorial sea, but our government did nothing about it except for some announcements.
