一路上，我看见到处都是拔地而起的高楼大厦．这些楼房不仅外表别致，有的还配上了电梯．人们坐上电梯，一眨眼的工夫就能到达目的地，省去了人们爬楼梯的麻烦，可真方便呀．有一些居民小区，还配个小花园呢．小花园栽种着各种各样的花草，那些花儿还散发出一阵阵沁人心脾的花香，令人闻了感到神清气爽．那里环境优美，空气清新，住在里面可真舒服自在呀．我望着一栋栋高楼，不禁脱口而出：＂真美啊！＂爸爸听了我的话，深有感触地说：＂咱这变化得真快，回想起以前，哪有高楼大厦?只有几间低矮的*房，那时，人们穷，连住*房还有困难．现在可好了，人们的生活水*提高了，懂得享受生活了。
一路上，川流不息的车辆奔跑在又长又宽的公路上．在公路的两旁栽种着挺拔的树木．这一排排的树木既可以净化空气，又可以美化环境，真是一举两得呀．一到晚上，路灯射出明亮的光芒，为人们照亮了道路．到了叔叔住的小区，我眼睛忽然一亮，＂哇．好棒呀．＂那里可大了，崭新的楼房鳞次栉比，宽阔的道路纵横交错，一块块绿地青草茵茵，各式各样的健身器给人们锻炼提供了方便。
走进叔叔家，客厅的面积很大，有四十多*方米，占了整套房子的2/5。墙被刷成了米色，看起来既温馨又舒适。沙发是黑白相间的，前方的茶几上有一个水晶果盘，里面装着苹果、梨、橙子、葡萄......色彩缤纷。挂在墙上的等离子液晶大电视正播放着精彩的节目。饭厅和客厅是相连的,饭桌是一个独特的“L”形，上面铺着印有格子图案的桌布。一盏小灯从天花板上垂下来，柔柔的灯光照在桌布上。在这种饭厅里吃饭，想必会很有情调吧。
