通过这个活动的进行，在我们的校园中构建一个“寻物启事&失物招领”的信息和实物*台，帮助那些丢失东西的同学更好地获得失物的信息，也让拾物者通过这个*台更好、更及时的将失物归还。在我们的身边营造起拾xxx不昧的优良校园风气。
而且，在我们不断扩大*台合作伙伴的同时也更好地宣传志愿者精神，更深刻得理解志愿者“团结、互助、友爱、进步”的内涵。
四、 活动主体
该活动目前由我们环资青协联手福大各处失物招领处、校电台、社区委员会、校360e服务中心、新庭芳苑（）一起进行，为完善这个*台而不断努力着。

（一） 前期活动
1、 总结上学期的“寻物启事”活动，计划本学期的活动按安排，并力求发展，使这个*台更加完善。
2、 与360e服务中心、社区委员会和校电台进行联系，确定活动具体开展时间。
3、 进行新学期的第一次部门内寻物启事活动会议（时间预定于2月末），确立新学期的活动安排和具体人员分工。
(二)中期活动
1、 志愿者开始每周的信息收集，及寻物启事专栏的维护与信息的定期更新。
2、 联系其他学院青协，尝试建立更宽广的*台，力求惠及全校。
3、 与360服务中心、社区委员会及校电台进行新一学期的会议，确定在新学期各部门的任务分工，同时讨论寻物启事活动的不断扩展、完善问题。
4、 构思、开展建立一个属于我们自己又相对**的寻物启事*台。（具体策划见附录）
5、 开展一次由我们学院为主体的“寻物启事”宣传活动，让大家更好的了解寻物启事这个活动及我们环资青协。（具体方案见策划书附录）
（三）后期活动
1、结束活动，感谢各活动伙伴的倾情合作。
2、进行学期总结，更深入的去看待我们活动的利与弊。认识到我们活动接下来的发展方向。
