人首先是对自己感兴趣,而不是对你感兴趣!换句话说DD一个人关注自己胜过关注你一万倍。
认识到“人们首先关心的是自己而不是你”这一点,是生活的关键所在。
2、您需要剔除几个词语
当你与人交谈时,请选择他们最感兴趣的话题。他们最感兴趣的话题是什么呢?是他们自己!把这几个词从你的词典中剔除出去DD“我,我自己,我的”。
用另一个词,一个人类语言中最有力的词来代替它DD“您”。你是否对谈话感兴趣并不重要,重要的是你的听众是否对谈话感兴趣。当你与人谈话时,请谈论对方,并且引导对方谈论他们自己。这样你就可以成为一名最受欢迎的谈话伙伴。
3、您需要使对方觉得自己重要
人类一个最普遍的特性便是DD渴望被承认,渴望被了解。
你愿意在人际关系中如鱼得水吗?那么,请尽量使别人意识到自身的重要性。请记住,你越使人觉得自己重要,别人对你的回报就越多。
4、您需要学会赞同别人
绝对不要忘记任何愚人都可以反对别人,而只有智者和伟人才会赞同DD尤其当对方犯错误时!“赞同艺术”可概括为以下5点:
a. 学会赞同和认可;
b. 当你赞同别人时,请说出来;
c. 当你不赞同时,千万不要告诉他们,除非万不得已;
d. 当你犯错时,要勇于承认;
e. 避免与人争论
5、您需要学会聆听别人
聆听越多,你就会变得越聪明,就会被更多的人喜爱,就会成为更好的谈话伙伴。
当然,成为一名好的听众,并非一件容易的事,这里我有5点建议可供参考:
1. 注视说话人;
2. 靠近说话者,专心致志地听;
3. 提问;
4. 不要打断说话者的话题;
5. 使用说话者的人称DD“您”和“您的”。
6、您需要明了对方想要什么
促使人们按照你的意愿去做事情的第一步,是找出促使他们这样做的原因(即他们想要什么)。和别人说他们想听的东西,他们就会感动。
你只需简单地向他们说明,只要做了你要求他们做的事情之后,他们便可以获得他们想要的东西。“了解人们所想”的方法是:多询问,多观察,多聆听,再加上自己的不懈努力。
7、您需要学会让别人替你说话
当你说一些有利于自己的事情时,人们通常会怀疑你和你所说的话,这是人的本能的一种表现。
更好的方式就是:不要直接阐述,而是引用他人的话,让别人来替你说话,即使那些人并不在现场。 因此,要通过第三者的嘴去讲话。
